IBSET SYSTEMS, based at Rua Vitorino Callegare, 141 - Barueri-SP, CNPJ: 20.304.456/0001--39, hereinafter simply called IBSET and, on the other hand, the customer IBSET, qualified in purchase of IBSET services, hereinafter referred to simply as a Customer.


Considering that IBSET sells services over the internet;

Considering the Client's interest in purchasing the services offered by IBSET ("services") in its sales channels;

The purpose of this term is to establish the general conditions of use and purchase of services from the client on the IBSET website (https://ibsetsystems.com)


I. Confidentiality: IBSET is responsible for preserving the confidentiality of all data and information provided by the Customer in the purchase process.


II. Customer Service (Contact us): The customer has this service to answer your questions, resolve any requests or complaints regarding your order or any content available on the website. The Fale Conosco (Talk to Us) can be activated by telephone or form on the website or by sending an e-mail to sac@IBSET.com, all available in our "Call Center".


III. Delivery policy: the deadline for delivery of the services is informed during the purchase procedure, counted in working days. The deliveries of the services are made from Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 6 pm according to the shipping method chosen by the customer (PAC, SEDEX). Exceptionally, some deliveries of services may occur on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

III.I - The checking of the adequacy of the dimensions of the product is the responsibility of the Client, who must ensure that they are in accordance with his needs and conveniences.

III.II - The Post Office makes up to three delivery attempts at the informed location, on alternate days, with an average interval of up to 48 hours between one delivery and another. It is essential that, at the requested address, there is a person authorized by the buyer, over 18 years old, and carrying an identification document to receive the goods and sign the delivery protocol. If there are three unsuccessful delivery attempts, the order will be returned to the Amonarch Distribution Center.

III.III - After completing the order, it is not possible to change the form of payment and / or delivery address, request an advance or even priority of delivery.

III.IV - The delivery period informed during the product purchase procedure takes into account the stock, the region, the invoice issuing process and the product preparation time. With each update in the order's delivery status, the Amonarch system automatically sends alert emails to the Customer.

III.V - The value of the delivery freight is calculated based on the place of delivery, weight and dimensions of the Product.

III.VI - IBSET will send the goods to the same address as stated in DANFE;

III.VII - IBSET is not responsible for the retention of goods at SEFAZ when this is due exclusively to the customer's pending items, therefore, it is necessary to appear at the tax post for the goods to be released, considering that in these cases the information releases and payments are only passed on to interested parties.


IV. Right of regret: the Customer will be entitled to exercise the right to regret the purchase, with the purpose of returning the Product, in which case the following conditions must be observed:


 the period of withdrawal from the purchase of the product is up to 7 (seven) consecutive days, counting from the date of receipt;


 in case of return, the product must be returned to IBSET in the original packaging, accompanied by the DANFE (Auxiliary Document of the Electronic Invoice), and all its accessories.


IV.I - The Customer must request the return through the Contact Us Service or directly on the Control Panel, in the "cancel order" topic. Expenses arising from posting the Product will be borne by Amonarch.

IV.II - After the product arrives at the Distribution Center, IBSET will check if the above conditions have been met. If so, it will provide a refund of the total purchase amount, or issue a discount coupon.

IV.III - For purchases with a credit card, the card administrator will be notified and the chargeback will occur on the next or subsequent invoice, all at once, regardless of the number of installments used in the purchase. The reimbursement term and, still, the collection of the remaining installments after the full refund of the Product value on the Client's credit card carried out by IBSET, is the responsibility of the card administrator. In the event of collection of future installments by the card administrator, the Customer will not be encumbered, since IBSET, as mentioned above, reverses the full value of the Product in one single payment, the credit for the chargeback granted in full by the card administrator on the billing invoice subsequent to the month of cancellation.

IV.IV - In purchases paid by bank slip or debit in account, the refund will be made by means of bank deposit, in up to 10 (ten) business days, only in the current account of the buyer, which must be individual. It is necessary that the CPF or CNPJ of the holder of the current account is the same as that contained in the request.

IV.V - For purchases with a voucher or any other form of payment, it is possible to receive a voucher for the same amount paid for the purchase. In case of cancellation of the voucher, the refund will be made in the same form of payment chosen in the purchase process that originated the same.

IV.VI - IBSET is exempt from the obligation to cancel any product that does not meet the requirements listed in this device.


V. Exchange and Return Policy: all occurrences that involve exchange or return will be dealt with according to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Code.

V.I - The Customer must request the exchange or return through the Customer Service (Contact Us) or directly on the Control Panel, in the "cancel order" topic. Expenses arising from the collection or postage of the Product will be borne by Amonarch.

V.II - The product must be returned to IBSET in its original packaging, accompanied by the DANFE (Auxiliary Document of the Electronic Invoice), and all its accessories.

V.III - After the product arrives at the Distribution Center, IBSET will verify that the above conditions have been met. If so, it will arrange for the refund or exchange of the Product in accordance with the request made by the Customer.

V.IV - IBSET is exempt from the obligation to fulfill requests for exchange or return of any returned product without the Customer Service department being notified, or direct request at the Control Panel, out of time or in the absence of items / accessories that come with it.


SAW. Accepted payment methods:


VI.I - Cash payment:


    Bank deposit;

    Bank slip;

    credit card;


VI.II - Payment in installments:


    credit card.


VI.III - For credit card payments, the order will be subject to the approval of the card administrator. The information contained in the registration is subject to confirmation, which may be requested by Amonarch by email.

VI.IV - The customer may purchase the voucher after the cancellation of an order made on the Amonarch website, or also when gifted. The voucher may have its value converted into purchases on the site itself.

VI.V - The voucher expires one year after the date of receipt, and is identified by the buyer's CPF, which prevents use by third parties.

VI.VI - If the value of the voucher is less than the purchase, the Customer may pay the difference only by credit card. If the value of the voucher is greater than the purchase, the Customer may use the difference in other purchases at IBSET.

VII. Delivery times and payment method:

VII.I - Purchases paid by credit card: the deadline for delivery is considered from the verification of registration data and confirmation of payment by the card administrator. Confirmation is made within one calendar day. In case of registration divergence, Amonarch will contact the buyer.

VII.II - Purchases paid by bank slip: the deadline for delivery is considered from the confirmation of payment by the bank. Confirmation is carried out within three business days after payment.

VII.III - Purchases paid by bank deposit: the deadline for delivery is considered from the confirmation of payment by the bank. Confirmation takes place within three calendar days.

VII.IV - Purchases paid by means of a voucher: if the value of the voucher is greater than or equal to the value of the purchase, the Customer must consider the term described on the website, as payment confirmation is immediate; if the value of the voucher is less than the value of the purchase, the difference can only be paid by credit card, and the delivery period starts counting after the payment has been approved by the card administrator.

VIII. Offers: Offers can be found on the main page of the Amonarch website and in the list of departments. However, an offer may be withdrawn from the website when the services in stock referring to that lot are sold out and it is not possible to make the replacement with our suppliers, or when the period established for the promotion ends.

VIII.I - The customer must carefully read the rules of each offer before closing the purchase. In case of doubt, the customer should contact our "Talk to Us" Service Sector.

IX. . Product characteristics: Before purchasing a product, the Client must carefully read the product description and size on its page. If in doubt, you should contact the "Talk to Us" Service Sector.

X. Act of God and Force Majeure: Neither party will be liable to the other for any failure or delay in fulfilling the obligations contained in this contract caused by acts of God or force majeure.
